An active user is a non-employee user account that has been active in that billing cycle.

A user is considered active if they...

• Rent an aircraft
• Work on an Assignment
• Have a Lesson
• Use the Theory Question Bank

There is a minimum of 10 active users, which means that the minimum price will be 480 EUR if paid annually.

There is no upgrading or downgrading, all accounts have access to all of our capabilities at the same low price. You simply pay per active user, and can enjoy all of the current and future features.

We typically charge 1000 EUR for startup, setup and training.

This includes as much training as you need (typically 2x 2 hour sessions), as well as assistance in setting up your account and importing your manuals and courses.

No problem, if you are not 100% happy, you can cancel at any time.

Your account will remain active for the rest of the current billing cycle you are in (monthly or annually), but there is no lock-in or pressure to renew.

What's more, if you decide to leave us, we will help you export your data to make it easier to onboard with another digital system.

We typically start with a short meeting where we learn about your pain points and give you a short demo of the system.

After that, you are free to have full access to the demo account in order to evaluate on your own terms and in your own time.

Once you have decided to proceed, we will request your materials and begin setting up your account. This process typically takes  2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of your organisation and how much of a rush you are in.

You are of course welcome to set up your account yourself if you prefer, but our team is ready to support you as much as you need.

When you are ready to go live, your user accounts can be added and away you go.
