Really? Yes. One fee per active user, and every module is included for every customer. The only other costs are startup and onboarding, 1,000 EUR one time, and a minimum of 10 active users. What is an "active user"? An active user is a non-employee user account that has been active in that billing cycle. A user is considered active if they... - **Rent** an aircraft - Work on an **Assignment** - Have a **Lesson** - Use the **Theory Question Bank** What if I have no active users in a given period? There is a minimum of 10 active users, so the lowest price is 480 EUR a year on an annual plan. Can I upgrade if I need? There is nothing to upgrade or downgrade. Every account has every feature at the same price, and new features are included when they are released. What about startup costs? Startup and onboarding is 1,000 EUR, one time. It includes as much training as you need, usually two sessions of 2 hours, help setting up your account, and importing your manuals and courses. What if I want to cancel? You can cancel at any time. Your account stays active for the rest of the billing period you have paid for (monthly or annual). There is no lock-in and no pressure to renew. If you leave, we help you export your data, so it is easier to move to another system. How do I get started? 1. **Intro call.** 45 minutes with Pete. Ask your questions and see the software. 2. **Demo account.** Explore it in your own time, before you decide. 3. **Set-up and training.** We set up your account and import your manuals and courses, or you set it up yourself with our help. 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your organisation. 4. **Go live.** Add your users and start.
