You know what happens in each one before it starts. 1 Intro call 45 minutes with Pete. Ask your questions and see the software. 2 Demo account Explore it in your own time, before you decide. 3 Set-up and training We set up your account and import your manuals and courses. Training as needed, usually 2 × 2 hours. 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your organisation. 4 Go live Add your users and start. Cancel anytime. If you leave, we help you export your data. ## Questions schools ask before switching What does it cost in total? 4 EUR per active user per month on an annual plan, or 5 EUR on a monthly plan. Startup and onboarding is 1,000 EUR, one time. There is a minimum of 10 active users. Do we have to choose a plan? No. Core, ATO and AOC cost the same and include the same features. There is nothing to upgrade. How long does it take to get started? 2 to 4 weeks from your decision, depending on your organisation.
