Whether centralised or distributed, your team stays aligned and compliant. This reduces administrative load while empowering individuals to take ownership of their records. For more traditional workflows, we provide a robust folder-based structure with role-based access controls, allowing fine-grained permission settings for reading, writing, and managing files. ![OY Wings - Documents](https://www.oscaryankee.com/hs-fs/hubfs/OY%20Wings%20-%20Documents.webp?width=1080&height=608&name=OY%20Wings%20-%20Documents.webp) ## Secure Backup All documents and data are securely backed up within our system.
